Since I updated the firmware last week, my fitbit charge4 battery no longer holds a charge

ever since I updated the firmware on my fitbit charge4 last week, the battery no longer holds a charge. I can charge it up to 100% and within a couple of hours or less the battery is down to 30% or 13% or less. Is anyone else having this issue?

Lots of people!! Fortunately I'm not experiencing it myself.
