Since the latest Charge 4 update, I receive 20+ notifications during running

Ever since the last big update, my tracker is going crazy, notifying me almost evey 5 minutes. "Nice!" "Peak!" but also strange notifications, like "Battery not charging". How? I am running, I have heart rate notifications set to off -though the setting now seems removed? It als vibrates during evey notification, so together with GPS, the battery is really drained during a run, which in my case, is usually 1 hour+

Please a solution to turn these notifications off. And don't say put it to "Do not dusturb", because I dont want to, I'll forget to turn it back when home. Just give the option back to turn these notifications off. Who wants 20+ "Nice!" messages during a run.....

Welcome to our community @SunsetRunner. Thanks for letting us know about the notifications you receive while running.

You can try restarting your device to avoid these notifications. Our team is investigating why Heart rate zone notifications are no longer showing up.

Sorry but your reply makes no sense. I have to restart my fitbit anyway after a run, otherwise the heart rate stays 80+ for hours and after I reset it is below 60. So I do regularly reset my fitbit anyway.

My taunts and cheers are set to off, heart rate zone notificatione are set to off, get in your zone is turned off. But still, all kinds of messages for heart rate and other non important stuff keep interrupting my run. I think the latest upgrade might have bugs, no?

I have seen other reports of people saying heart rate and zone notifications showed up after the upgrade. Here, on this forum. I just went for a run again. I turned off battery notifications, auto recognize run is off. But still I get the "Nice" with running logo, the "Peak" for heart rate and last but far from least, the "Battery not charging" notification. Last one is very funny, it only appears when I go for a run. Guess it want me to bring a long power word when running....

So others also have these problems, I can reactivate those if you like so that they are also on top again.

I have the same issue with the "battery not charging" notification, only while running. Odd!
