Since the update I can't see my Charge 3 screen

Please try to change the screen's brightness of your Fitbit Charge 3 to see if the issue gets resolved. For instructions on how to navigate your Charge 3, please visit this article

 

Whether this doesn't help, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. In addition, please make sure Sleep Mode and Do Not Disturb (DND) are disable.
