Message from Fitbit not seeing your sleep stages. HR sensor is disrupted or blocked. What does this mean exactly?

I am having the s as me problem. I've tried cleaning it and that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Using Alta HR. Same issue. Get this message most days. Heart rate monitor works fine during waking hours, only fails during sleep.
