Sleep Total and Average Time Asleep is based on my Time in Bed NOT my actual Time Asleep

My sleep tracking was really accurate and correct up until a week ago when my 'Sleep Total' and 'Average Time Asleep' began showing my 'Time in Bed' rather than my actual 'Time Asleep'. This is obviously not helpful to me, as it is showing that I am close to my sleep goal of 8 hours when I am actually sleeping nearer 3-4hrs a night.

I suffer from seizures, that occur mostly at night. This app used to be able to show me the time I spent restless/awake (or essentially seizing) and the time I spent asleep. My time spent in bed is of no consequence and I could easily work it out should I need to know it.

Please could you tell me how to switch this back. I have already tried: logging out of my account restarting the app, updating the app, deleting/reinstalling the app, restarting the charge 2. What am I missing? If there is no fix I'm afraid my device is useless to me, as the heart rate and sleep is my main priority.

This seems to be a bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread(s) where they are posting updates on progress:
