Sleep chart not appearing on Fitbit Dashboard anymore

I'm using a Fitbit Charge 3 and a Fitbit Zip, and view my data on Fitbit Dashboard on a computer. Recently, Charge 3 sleep data and charts stopped appearing on Dashboard. I've been unable to get the sleep charts to show. How do I get the sleep charts back?

What phone is the Fitbit app on, @josephshay 

When you say the chart not appearing, are you asking about the round chart on the dashboard, or the charts on the sleep pages?

Are the charts completely missing or are the charts blank?

Thanks, Rich_Laue. Not on a cellphone, on a desktop computer running Windows 10 Pro, ver. 2004. It's the Fitbit program for accumulating and showing device data. There used to be a page for Zip and another for Charge 3. The only one that appears now is for the Zip. The Charge 3 syncs, but will not show its page. Without the Charge 3 page, I have no way to get to the sleep data.

This doesnt sound like your on fitbit.com? Could it be some other sight @josephshay
