Why does the FitBit app save my sleep info sometimes as a graphic that shows my sleep stages (Awake, REM, Light, Deep) and sometimes another graphic that shows my sleep patterns(Asleep, Restless, Awake)?

Let me help you with your different sleep logs. It will depend on how your tracker detected your sleep. You may not get Sleep Stages (and instead just get Sleep Patterns) for the following reasons:
