Per the instructions the Sleep Mode under settings is not being displayed. I was looking to set the time/nights to not have the display show up while sleeping.

Hi @tonyf101,
It sounds to me like you haven't received the second firmware update.
There is one update during the initial Charge 4 setup, but a second update should appear if you follow the instructions in this thread:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-4/Spotify-and-or-Clockfaces-not-compatible-with-device-Charge... (basically let the Fitbit app run in the background and even open your Fitbit app and sync or manually sync so the update downloads a bit each time).
The second firmware update (version 82.46) contains the sleep mode feature (along with the ability to actually use the Spotify app and install several "non-compatible" clock faces).
My Charge 4 also did not have the sleep mode feature in the settings or quick settings until I got the update and successfully installed it.

It looks like a half moon. Press and hold in the side button for 2 seconds.

Yes, I know what it looks like. I read the instructions manual. But when I go to the settings area on the Fitbit. The half Moon or sleep mode isn't an option.

Are you going to settings or quick settings?
See page 17 of the user manual.

Thank you for your response back. Even in both settings areas, the Sleep Mode option is not being displayed. In the quick setting area just DND and Screen wake. In the main settings, brightness, vibrations, heart rate, DND, notifications during sleep, about.

Okay so that may be what the issue is. I have initiated an update each of the last three days. When it's done it says it was successful. I just tried it again and watched it and the app on the phone finishes but the fitbit never makes it past half way on the white line. I made sure fitbit was plugged in the whole time and the phone never went into sleep, nor the screen turned off.
How do I get it to finish its update?

What are the "non compatible" watch faces?

After 5-6 more attempts the firmware finally updated. All features now seem to be showing and working correctly. Look like fitbit as an issue with updating and really should be addressed.
Thank you to all that help.
