My sleep score in my Charge 3 is no longer working. A few nights it worked for a few hours and then stopped in the middle of the night. Last night it didn’t track it at all. I have logged in and out of the app and I’ve turned the Fitbit off and it. Neither have helped.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.54 for iOS and Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you continue having issues with your sleep score, please tell me if you can't see your sleep score in the Fitbit app too or the problem is just with the Charge 3?
