Hi, my sleep tracking on my Charge 2 seems to have developed a fault. It's started having a big split in my sleep of between an hour and a half to three hours. I'm definitely asleep for most of that time. It doesn't show waking at either end of the split, it just has a blank. As tracking my sleep is the major issue I bought it for I'm quite concerned. It is placed correctly on my wrist. I only bought the tracker a couple of weeks ago. I know I can alter the log, but it's not enough for me. I need the sleep tracking.

Although you say altering the sleep log is not enough for you, I wonder if you have actually tried it. It usually does not just add the extra sleep. If you delete one of the 2 sleep sessions, then change the start or end time of the other to include the whole time, it often will recalculate the whole night as one unit and give new results based on your actual sleep; i.e. it does not just automatically credit sleep for your new time period.

Thanks. I do do that, but it always takes about 3-4 trues before it alters it properly and sometimes it doesn't work at all. The latest update seems to have improved it a bit.
