Sleep stages not recording

For almost 2 weeks now my Charge 2 has not been recording my sleep patterns, I’ve never really had any problems before, I have not changed the way I wear it.  I have had my Fitbit for over a year and a half and is not always correct on my sleep times.

I feel your pain. I've had one or two sleep stages recorded in the last 6 weeks, that's after 18 months of sleep stages on a pretty consistent basis. I reported and tried all the suggestions. Pretty frustrating and nothing seems to be being done. I'm to a point at looking at a different ecosystem after being with fitbit since 2015
