My charge 3 clearly tracks my sleep, because it shows up on my app. However when I sync my watch in the app, the sleep stats only very occasionally update. If not, it just shows "No Data" and "No Score" in the space it's supposed to show. This is weird because everything else syncs. For example, my steps and water stats, if I update it in the app. Disconnecting and reconnecting my Charge 3 with my phone fixed the problem, but obviously I can't do that everyday. Nothing else will fix it though (restarting won't help)

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker is not showing your sleep stats. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details.
