Sleep stopped tracking on my Fitbit Blaze & my Charge 3

About a week ago both of my Fitbit's stop tracking my sleep. I have both a Blaze & Charge 3 & they both stopped tracking my sleep at the same time. I've tried doing a hard reset on both devices, removing and adding the devices back to the app (I have an iPhone 12 Pro using iOS app), making sure the app is updated, removed the devices from Bluetooth and repaired them & uninstalled the Fitbit iOS app and reinstalled it. Rebooting my iPhone. Nothing has worked. It seems to obviously be an issue with the Fitbit app (wondering if the last update caused the issue) since both devices suddenly stopped tracking my sleep at the same time. In my Fitbit app I have no sleep tracked at all for a week. I've used the Blaze half of the time & the charge half of the time but it doesn't matter. When I wake up & go to sync on the app, no sleep is tracked. I've spent countless hours researching this and have tried every tip that I've come across in the help forums with no luck. I've had 4 different Fitbit's and have been a long time user & have never had this particular issue before. I have the sleep setting set for normal & not sensitive. I don't manually track my sleep & I won't accept that as a way of tracking my sleep as that isn't the way it's supposed to work (should auto track it) & it would be a big hassle. Thanks for your help in advance.

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know about the steps you have followed in order to get your sleep records @1catfan.

if your Blaze and Charge 3 aren't registering your sleep, I recommend trying the following:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

If your trackers are registering your sleep but not providing you with sleep stages, take into consideration the steps in the help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?.

Thanks for replying. I already tried all your suggestions as you can read in my description of things I'd already tried. I went ahead & tried them again with no change. My sleep still isn't being tracked. Your last recommendation isn't acceptable as I also pointed out in my original message. There is no point in having a Fitbit if it can't even track your sleep and you have to manually enter it in every day. This has been such a hassle & having to manually enter in your sleep wouldn't even be worth it. Anything else you would suggest or can you possibly seek help from another moderator that might know? I know this is a fairly common issue from the community forum. Thanks
