SmartTrack stopped working on my Charge 4 after the Fitbit app update

How awful is the new app and doesn't seem to register work out correctly. Did a Arobic work out yesterday and it's logged as intense activity burnt 624 calories  and its not picked it up as an excersie . Yet today had 20 minute walk and burnt 120 cals yet picked up as an excersise 😡

To better assist you, may I know if you're tracking your activities directly from your Charge 4 or you're referring to SmartTrack? If so, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 4. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also, note that you can learn more about the SmartTrack feature in this link How do I track my activity with my Fitbit device?
