Snapchat notifications will no longer display names on my charge 3

Snapchat notifications will no longer display names on my charge 3, the notification only displays "sent a snap". Previous it displayed the name of the person that sent the snap, now the notification only is a waste of time as it dosent tell me anything besides that i have gotten a snap. 
This issue started happening 2 days ago.

I would recommend restarting your Fitbit Charge 3 by following these steps.

 

To resolve issues with notifications, we recommend following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1633999310330.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
