So disappointed in Fitbit

I bought a Charge 3 in March of 2019.  I am on my third device since the first two stopped working for different reasons.  Now, this device has suddenly stopped tracking my sleep and the screen is so dim I can't read it. For $150 I would have expected a better product.  This is my second Fitbit, I had an older model before this one which was also disappointing.  I  will never buy another Fitbit product again!

I am in the same boat. My first charge 3 had to be replaced after 2 months and my second one has black lines going across and isn't reading my heart rate after 15 months of use. In that 15 months I had to spend over an hour every month or so to get it to synch to the app again, fix a black screen by restarting it constantly or having to wait it out until it magically worked again. Customer service offered the same 25% off but I am not spending over $100 every year. Clearly they make them not to last and I am not giving them anymore of my money nor will my family and friends. I really like the charge 3 when it works but I won't buy from a company that cares so little about their products and their customers. I am extremely disappointed in Fitbit. I also canceled my premium membership because of this

I agree with you.. My husband went through 3 in one year and now mine is fading and the numbers are not legible now.. So frustrating when you spend that kind of money on these things and they don't last but just a bit over a year.. Fitbit sounds like they couldn't care less anymore and they know they have a problem but don't seem to be fixing the problem.. I have googled this and Wow so many people with fitbit problems.. I know I will not spend another cent on fitbit and I have told all my friends that I walk with not to waste their money on fitbits neither.. Such a waste of Money!!
