Could you please let me know if you were wearing the Charge 4 during your sleep?

Can you see your sleep stages or the simplified sleep record?

Have you restarted your Charge 4?

hello - I'm having a similar issue with my Charge 4 ... I can't even load the SP02 app ... 

 

were you able to access the app manually or did it just appear on your device ?
