Stairs no longer tracking

I’ve had my Charge 2 for maybe 2 years and sometime in the end of 2019 for some reason it no longer records my stairs. The stairs in my home and work have not changed in their number or elevation. How can I get my stair count back?

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.
