Why have I started getting friend requests? All my settings are private. Requests seem to be members since yesterday/today

The same thing happened to me- and again I think it’s so very very weird that- that can happen- yet issues can’t be resolved....... going on week 3 with issues here. No active minutes no sleep no heart rate not accurate calories
