Hello, so before 5-6 days my Charge 2 stopped working i did go live support we chatted and they told me to do something but nothing happend then they did give me a RMA/Replacement but after 24+ hours : (Your order has been received.) and i still didn't get any tracking code?Is it normal?Btw my country is Bulgaria!
