Started today, my app and dashboard show incorrectly 5/10 hours but my Charge 4 shows the correct 10/10. I turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted app, and restarted iPhone 8+ to no avail. After reading a few other posts, I DID charge my Charge 4 today to 99%. Happening on TWO separate Charge 4's.

Any update? I got 10/10 yesterday but Sunday is still showing 5/10. I use that data for other apps and it screwed up my streak. Perhaps you can manually update it?

Any updates? I got an email saying a response was here but I see nothing although you said you would update here should you receive further info. Is there any further update on this PROBLEM? Again today, 9/10 instead of 10/10 so clearly NOT WORKING!

Again today. Charge 4 says 10/10 and the app syncs to 9/10 missing the first hour. Yesterday a friend with also a Charge 4 had it missing the same first hour. ARGH! So frustrating when other apps use this data and it destroys our streaks! And no update in a week?

Goodness, you guys SUCK at follow-up and responding. Again, today, app says 7/10 so far but Charge 4 says the correct 8/10 with two hours to go. Perhaps the error occurs IF you sync in the app before the final 10/10 hours? My suggestion is NOT to sync to phone until end of day. It seems to work then. Any feedback or suggestions? Been 3 weeks, nothing.

Still nothing. Did it again today. Charge 4 says 10/10 hours but when you sync the app and my Dashboard here say 9/10. And of course, NO help and support.
