Hi all,
I've seen a few topics like this but I don't know how to do all the things to fix it that moderators have suggested. From checking my online account, the time zone is correct and my sleep is set to 'normal' and beyond that I don't know what to do to ensure that my steps from yesterday don't carry over. I don't even know how to turn my Fitbit 'off' or restart, I just got my Fitbit yesterday.

@SarahKBee Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 didn't reset at midnight. You can try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. This should help it reset the following midnight but it won't remove the steps
