Steps have disappeared off the app

After beating my steps target each day this week, when I now look at previous days they say zero steps walked.  The history was accurate until yesterday when the steps disappeared.  Nothing else is affected.  Is this happening to others?  Can I get the history back? Many thanks.

Let me help you with your steps missing from your account. Usually when this happens is because you logged into your a different account. Please check that you are logged into the correct account. You can also try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I had the same thing happen for 4/21 to 4/28...counted floors but not steps.  The sync somewhat worked because it has all the floors.

 

It has never happened before in over a year with Charge 2 - I tried all the reset steps (reset Bluetooth, phone, and tracker multiple times - logged in and out of Fitbit app)

I’ve tried logging out and back in. The steps that disappeared haven’t come back.

I haven’t had the problem since - it just affected 4 days exercise. Hope it all keeps on working!
