Hello,

 

The face of my Fitbit either shows a star in the center of the circle, a zero step count, or a very low step count (113 earlier today) but my dashboard showed1,400 steps. Didn’t have this issue until I updated my app yesterday. What’s wrong? Thanks

@Staceyb17 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

Let me help you with your with your Charge 2 not displaying your steps. Have you logged any activities on your account or do you have any third party app linked to your account? I would start with a restart on your device by following these instructions. If the issue persist then set up your device as a new one on your account.
