My watch syncs with the App but not the Online Website. I have a third party health coach system (Virgin Pulse) connected to my account via the online website but it doesn't pull over any steps because there is none in there. My Account says that there is no device paired. Help function did not help! I have a Charger 2 device

Is there any data on-line? Are you sure your on-line account/email is the same one you are using with phone app?
