From today, my charge 2 not picking up any of my steps at all. It's still on 0 despite fully charged and reset. Please help 😢

@Exerciseforlife Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't detecting your steps. Where are you viewing your information? Does the tracker itself shows 0 steps or only your account? If your tracker paired to your account? Could you share a screenshot of your Dashboard? When was the last time your tracker synced?
