Steps not showing in Fitbit app

Hello! Fitbit clock works well and is counting my steps. But they dont show in my fitbit app. I restarted my phone and app. I think i have also the latest app version. Whats wrong?

Hi. Had same trouble last week but found notification turned off. Not fixed as since middle last week not syncing. Really annoying so daily record not up to date 😡

My Charge 2 will show the entire map of where I have walked/run/hiked but show 0 miles, no pace, steps or calories burned.  Only if the start the walk/run on the watch PLUS in the app will it show pace and miles.  Then I have two entries in the app...… one from the app information showing only a map without statistics...…….  then from the watch start which shows map with the miles and pace.  It will even tell me at each mile the distance and time but won't put it in the app info.

If your Charge 2 isn't syncing to your account, please try the tips mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If you continue experiencing syncing issues, please let me know the phone you're using to sync your Charge 2. 

@Rmeek It's pretty weird that your Fitbit app isn't showing you pace and mile information even though you're seeing it on your tracker. In this case, I would like you to attach a screenshot to your next reply of the data you're seeing on your app. Are you tracking the activity with MobileRun or with connected GPS?
