Yesterday and today I have noticed something strange with my FitBit Charge 3. While I was on my walk yesterday morning my FitBit Charge 3 flashed two different times that I hit my goal of 6700 steps, but when I got home it showed that I only did around 8000 steps which would have been about right. Today it also flashed that I hit my goal of 6700 steps while on my walk. When I got back to my yard it showed that I did over 11000 steps (which was impossible because when I left my home I was just over 4000 steps and my walk was only around the most 1200 steps) then when I got in my house it showed 5740 steps (this is the correct amount of steps) , but then when I went and synced my Charge 3 to my iphone, the FitBit app on my iphone said that I had just over 11000 steps and then all of a sudden it when back down to the correct 5740 steps. I tried to remove and reinstall the Charge 3 to my phone but the same thing happened. I do not know why this is happening. I also did a reset of my charge 3 , but I will not know until tomorrow if this worked or not. Thank you for your help.
