So, I get so flustered I call them! Basically they tell me to do all the things I have already done over n over in the last week! After being a dedicated customer after it completely dies cause i cant afford something different I'm done with them. And the fact that no one wants to help me really is fustrating! Very disappointed after 4 yrs. so anyone looking for help don't waste your time calling. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED! Just saying!

This is got to be a Fitbit problem and I think they need to fix it. My daughter's charge three, my Versa light, and at least one or two friends of mine have all lost heart rate tracking since November 6 2020
I keep looking on the forum for something from Fitbit to all of us but seems like they're just waiting for all of us to figure it out on our own. Highly irritating.
