Steps that helped me to bring back my Charge 4 to life

I had this problem and tried EVERYTHING mentioned on the other posts.

I finally got this working. My steps:

- Shut down your phone. Keep it shut down for a while and restart.

- Restart the device a few times by holding down the left button for 10 seconds.

- Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone

- Clear all user data from your watch (swipe left, go to settings -> about, then in the bottom there is clearing the data)

- Clear all user data and connected devices from your Fit bit app

- Clear all data from Bluetooth regarding Fit bit

- Restart your phone a few more times

- Restart the device a few more times

- Try reinstalling the app, then pairing the device

- Don't care that it says "Download or update the Fit bit app to set up" on your watches screen. It means nothing.

Then it may just magically start working. This happened to me after trying literally 10 times doing the same thing over and over again, just restarting a few times in the middle.
