I'm having the same issue. I've tried everything, including deleting the app and reinstalling. Challenge barely records any steps, when I'm over 10,000 on my dashboard. Same time zone, no manual entries... I'm so irritated that I've been declining requests. Why bother if my steps arent synching?! FIX THIS CRAP!!

Hello:
I am participating in a Work Week Hustle (5 day challenge) weekly through November. The originator is 3 hours behind me, but since it is a 5 day challenge, that should only be a total 6 hour lag on Mon & Friday. I am not manually entering my steps and it is capturing roughly 1/3 of them in the challenge. What gives? Is there a fix coming?

I’ve found that if I send the challenge invite out then all my steps sync. I figured that out on my own. Fitbit was absolutely no help

Hi Kitty -I’ve found that if I was out the invite, my steps are counted in the challenges as I too was having issues. Fitbit team was no help at all

I know I'm replying to something 3 years old but did anyone ever get help with this? It's happened to me a few times recently and I've stepped my back end off this week .... Bit frustrating

I’m having the same issue. My dashboard is correct but will not sync with my challenges. I’ve restarted my phone and Fitbit app. It didn’t resolve this issue. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with Fitbit phasing out challenges at the end of March. Very frustrating.
