Still losing active minutes on the Fitbit app

Hi, is anyone else still losing their active minutes when syncing with the app? This is happening every day now 😔

Ive updated the app & re-started my charge 2 but it’s still happening & getting very frustrating

Thank you, I hope it soon gets sorted. I’ve just got back from a walk & did 11,800 steps but 15 minutes later my steps have gone down to 10,000 😔 I just hope it keeps my active minutes!
