This has happened after my walk today & then an hour later I’ve lost some steps & all my active minutes. This is happening daily now & I'm getting really frustrated!

This was happening to me with my charge 3 last year. I wish I could say I had found a resolution. I think it is related to the ongoing issues with how these devices sync data between the pebble, the app and the account in the cloud.

Are you by chance tracking your walk with the app on your phone? I always track my walks with the app. The app calculates steps. And my Fitbit tracks steps. The Fitbit step count is always different from the app count. When I later sync, I think the Fitbit step count overrides the app step count. I do not have data on my phone, so no internet when I am out walking, and the sync occurs after I get back home. So if I have looked at the app pre sync and post sync, I see a difference, and the Fitbit count is usually lower than the app. Good luck.

I don’t log it on the app but I use Strava & both Strava & Fitbit are connected to MyFitnessPal. I wouldn’t think that would be why would it? Why are my active minutes going to 0? Very strange
