Welcome to the Community @Suki64! Thanks for sharing the issue that you have with your Charge HR that is not connecting anymore to your phone. I'm happy to help. I will recommend following the steps on the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? if this doesn't work you can unpair your Fitbit and set it up again as a new device, please make sure that is well charged before doing these steps.
