How can I get my watch to act as a stopwatch for 90 seconds please?

@Ronnie1234 If you want to count a specific amount of time, I think it is better to use the Countdown Timer instead of the Stopwatch. Swipe to the left until you get to Timers, tap on that then swipe left or right if you need to then select Countdown. Set it for 1:30. When you use the countdown, your Charge 3 will vibrate when you get to 0:00. If you use the stopwatch, it will keep going until you stop it. If you get distracted, you might miss your target time.

@Ronnie1234 So sorry that my advice was useless. I have used the countdown timer on nearly every Fitbit I have owned and am/was able to program minutes and seconds on evert device. I am stunned to learn that this is not an option on the Charge 3. I currently have a Charge 4 on my account and can do this. Like I said, I am stunned to learn that the Charge 3 isn't programmed this way.

@Ronnie1234 On the Charge 4, you select the minutes, then tap on the tracker screen to get to the seconds menu. If you didn't tap on the tracker, please try this next step.
I re-read the Charge 3 manual and this step isn't explained in the manual.
