I have suddenly had random white lines going across the screen of my Charge 3. I have seen a few other people with the same issue, and followed some advice given to others like restarting the device, and "clear user data". And I can't seem to get rid of the lines on the screen. My wife for this for me for a birthday present in July, so obviously not that long and it should last longer than 5 months. We have the original box and the receipt for the band. Can you please advise me if there is anything I can do to fix this before I return it to the shop I purchased it from? I have a photo for reference, that I can send in an email, but I can't work out how to upload to this post.
