Fitbit warranty is waste of time, strap broke on my charge 4 and fit bit say they can only replace the rosewood strap with black strap, which does not match the rosewood watch.

 

Worthless warranty, I will not be buying another fitbit ever again. iWatch here I come.

My 2 cents worth, why ever bother waiting for warranty replacement for strap? Can get third party replacements on Amazon so quickly so cheap most any color, material, style, probably a set of different colors for fraction of Fitbit strap price.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
