charge 4 strap connector broken fir the second time
first time replaced with a reconditioned watch not new.
niw it’s broken again.
it’s signing their 365 day policy
but saying it isn’t
I’m guessing g they are going g to say the warranty is from my initial new watch and not the replacement . Not acceptable if that’s the case .
It looks like quite a few of these connectors break

Hi @JulieDRichards the warranty does state that it is only from the date of the original purchase, not the replacement. People who had issues have gone to Amazon and purchased a band which completely encompasses the Fitbit, so they can continue using it. Might be a way for you to keep using your Charge 4.

@JulieDRichards I did a quick look and found this one - click to see. It holds just the pebble of your Charge 4 and does it in a way that those strap connectors aren't needed. There are probably more out there, so you might need to look deeper.
