Charge 4. Was getting stress management breakdown but it stopped showing 12 days ago.
I get the summary score and I get other premium features. Heart rate data is collected (it shows in sleep restoration and the heart rate tile). Everything works fine apart from stress management breakdown.
I have been chasing Fitbit support for 10 days and still no solution. Their latest idea was to clear user data. This has not restored the missing data yet that data must be somewhere because I get the overall score. They say I now have to wait another 3 days to see if clearing user data fixed the issue going forward. Any other ideas from the forum appreciated.
