My Fitbit Charge 2 is struggling to sync to my Fitbit App even though it is in the same room as me when i am syncing it. So I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem as me and if there is a way to sort the problem because it is Rather annoying having to try to sync it multiple times just to get it sync to the app.

I have had problems all day, have you heard anything else? Could do with advise on this?

I haven't heard anything else about the syncing problem yet. But if I do i will let you know. I know how you feel it is very annoying when the Charge 2 just won't sync very easily I normally eventually get it to sync but it takes multiple trys.

My fitbit was syncing esrlier and it has stopped as well. Hopefully they will answer with what is going on

I ended up resetting my bluetooth connection and it works fine

I turned my phone off last night and when I started it back up this morning all is good. Thanks

How did you manage to reset your Bluetooth. Because I want to try that to see if it works for me.
