Support hasn't followed me up about Charge 3

Has anyone else been able to successfully get a replacement for a Charge 3 with error 001?

I was promised a free replacement 3 weeks ago and have still not received anything. I get no replies to my email and cant get the chat to connect.

Hi @Joanne555  I've notified a moderator about this and they should be by to see what's going on. If support said you would receive a replacement, they would have sent an email. Did you check your spam folder, in case it went there by mistake?

I have the same problem. I have had some contact, but now I heard nothing for 12 days. I was very satisfied at first. But I am now starting to get very annoyed with the customer service. I hope I hear from them very soon.
