Suspicious email from fitbit, is it real?

Hi, I have received an email out of the blue, "Replacement Offer[#45768801: Email Inquiry: Charge 4 - Damaged]"

I am also receiving follow up emails with links to check replacement offer. It looks pretty legit but is suspicious as I haven't reported it damaged to anyone, but I did wonder if perhaps I'm getting someone else's emails on this matter?

Hi @Tullulahjoy  get with support via chat or phone and they can tell you if it is from them. It's good you're checking as there are so many different scams going on to get our personal information. The DMV tells me I'm entitled to money back and I know they never contact unless it's by mail. Anyway, ask support and let us know what happens. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
