I would like to continue with my new charge 2 from my old 1 without losing all my data

That should not be a problem.
In the app, go to your account settings by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard.
Then, select "set up a device". Choose Charge 2 and it will ask if you want to replace your existing Charge 2. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
