What happened? My new Charge 3 was fine until I swapped the bands. Now, whenever I look at my FitBit, the display is off. I have to depress the left side button for the time to pop up.
Did I turn anything off by accident?
Helpppppppp!
Thanks,
Steve

Hello @toysbyus and a warm welcome. I think the answer is yesssssss. I think you managed to change your Quick Settings screen. Press and hold the "button" for about 2 seconds to get to the Quick Settings screen. Check and make sure that the Screen Wake is On. Check your Notifications, too. You might have changed them both.
These screens are very sensitive. Once I started an exercise in my sleep with random arm and hand movements.

Thanks, Laurie!!
I found a similar question much further down the chain of questions and figured out what I had done....all is good. I swapped my old Charge 2 for the 3 and still am not used to the add'l features......
Many thanks,
Steve
