Swimming not logged-Charge 4

My charge 4 hardly ever logs my swim, although it logs Aquafit as a swim... I have rebooted several times to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

Your Tracker should automatically track the 4 most common strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly). For best results, we recommend swimming freestyle. Please make sure your swimming sessions are longer than what is set on your Fitbit account here.

In addition to the auto-exercise recognition, you can start your swims in the Exercise app on your Charge 4. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".

Sometimes it logs, sometimes it doesn't.

When I go for a swimming session it's always 55 minutes, so well over the required ten. Breaststroke is the only stroke I can confidently do.

Aquafit sessions always get logged as a swim...
