Is it possible to switch the charge 2 on my account to my husband’s account? We have tried removing it from my account and adding it to his and keep getting error messages. Just wondering if there is any other way we haven’t tried yet.

As JohnnyRow mentioned, it would be very helpful if you could share the error message received.
Also is your husbands phone nearby when trying to setup the Charge 2 to your account?
Does this happend when on mobile data or wifi?
