Sync Charge 2 to Huawei Honor 6X

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Please can someone from Fitbit do the decent thing and let us all know when we are going to be able to sync our Charge 2 to the Huawei Honor 6X.

It can't be a problem with the phone being Chinese because the Charge 2 already syncs with other Chinese phones. So what is the problem? And why can't someone just come onto the forum and talk to us?

@CrouchEndTiger Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! usually the team needs to thoroughly text the devices before they are added to the compatible devices list but this isn't always possible to do with all the devices on the market. Still the list isn't exclusive, this means that many phones that doesn't show there do work with Fitbit trackers and watches. Please try the suggestions in this post to see if they help improve the situation.

Let me know how it goes!

When will the Honor 6x be added to the compatible list?

@hmrambling A warm welcome to our Community! Thank you for your inquiry. At this time there is no information on when or if this phone will be added to the compatible devices list. While your phone doesn't show as compatible that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

This does not work. Does not sync. I see Honor 6X is now on the list of compatible devices on one Fitbit web page, but another web page says that it is not supported. This means that Fitbit should now provide support for our devices not syncing instead of giving us boxed answers if it is supported. Users are tired of boxed answers.Support the device already!

Even though the link above on Fitbit's website says that the Honor 6x is a compatible phone, this page says that it is not: https://www.fitbit.com/devices
