Sync fail, resetting, & then continious vibration with words: Error, Erase. And now nothing.

Hello:

     My Fitbit was recording my activity today. However, syncing (a chronic problem) failed.  

I plugged in my Fitbit with abt 80%  full battery and pushed the button for a reset. Well,  I kept pushing the button but the Fitbit logo never appeared. However, I got a solid white box and then my Fitbit just started vibrating and the word Vibe displayed. Then Error, then 0x000039 (I know it was zeros and ended in 39), and next the word Erase. Then my Fitbit went out. Completely. 

Is there any way to revive this Charge HR??? It's like my friend.
