That's pretty much it. How do I go on-line and see my latest activities and activities a days back?

@foxthefox   In order to sync your Charge HR, you will need the sync dongle and some Fitbit software named Fitbit Connect.  But you need to know that Microsoft stopped all support for Windows 7 in January.  It won't release any more security updates, leaving your system at risk.
