Sync not updating community features

My Charge 2 will only do a partial sync (since Sep 27, 2019). It doesn't update any of my community stats with friends or competitions and is not updating my sleep stats or updating my other compatible apps. It does sync my steps and heart rate. I have restarted the devices and checked every setting I could think of.

@Sbfrozen It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing data after syncing. This is odd. Which phone do you use and which OS version is it running? Could you share screenshots of what you see on the Dashboard and in the particular area? Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist remove the tracker (tap the top left button, then the tracker button and finally the trash can icon) and set it up following these instructions.
